Operating Systems That Become Products and Revenue

I build operating systems for work that crosses the enterprise: funding, care, operations, executive decisions, reporting, security, and compliance. Each starts with a deep understanding of the mission, changes how the organization runs, and, when the need is broader, becomes a product, revenue line, or industry platform.

THE OPERATING SYSTEMSSELECTED WORKNEXT CHAPTER
THE OPERATING SYSTEMS
FUNDING Grants, from prospect to closeoutUses the organization's own data and prior wins to research opportunities, rank them by likelihood of success, prefill applications, and carry successful awards through spending, deadlines, deliverables, and reportsOne operating system from opportunity research through final closeout
OPERATIONS From meeting notes to accountable workTurns meetings into project workflows, develops proposals and business cases, supports executive review, and produces board-ready narrative reportingideas leave the room with owners, evidence, and next steps
CARE Policy at the point of careGives frontline staff guidance grounded in agency policy and helps supervisors document the work without pulling either group out of the flow of carebuilt for daily use inside a HIPAA-regulated agency
ASSURANCE Security that stays currentRuns phishing, malware, and endpoint investigations, maintains the security program against institutional policy, and keeps gaps, audit evidence, and regulatory obligations visiblesix hours became five minutes on recurring investigations
MARKET ElectriCISO ↗A commercial operating system for security programs, joining compliance, vendor review, live threat intelligence, evidence, and daily executive decisions in one environmentBuilt to reshape the internal organization, nationally recognized, and now carried through go-to-market for distribution through MSPs

Together, these systems connect funding, care, operations, executive decisions, reporting, security, and compliance across the organization.

SELECTED WORK
01When an internal system finds a market

I presented the portfolio to executives from a major national consortium representing more than 700 nonprofits. They selected one platform to commercialize across the network. An operating model built for one agency had enough value to travel, and the capability became a new line of program revenue.

02The operating model ships with the product

Every release needs an owner, a measurable return, a safe operating path, and a way to know whether people are actually using it. I wrote the generative AI policy, put it into practice, and trained the organization. Secure AI is now available to every employee while HIPAA obligations remain intact.

03One grant lifecycle, one source of truth

Grant work often breaks apart across research, application, finance, program delivery, and reporting. This platform keeps the lifecycle together. It learns from the organization's data and past wins, ranks the opportunities most worth pursuing, prefills the application, and keeps post-award spending, deadlines, deliverables, and reports visible through closeout.
